Banana Pro pin definition

This page covers the PIN definitions of the Banana Pro, including CON2, CON5, CON6. All pins can be configured to the GPIO pins (General Purpose Input/Output), and some of them have one or two alternatives.

CON6 contains the CAN bus, SPI bus, I2C bus, PWM, serial port, etc. It can be configured to be used for many kinds of peripherals.

CON5 is a CSI camera connector. CON5 of Pro's pin denifition is same as CON1 of Pi

CON2 is an LVDS/RGB/CPU display connector.CON2 of Pro's pin denifition is same as CON2 of Pi

Banana Pi pin definition

This page also covers the PIN definitions of the Banana Pi, including CON1, CON2, CON3, J11 and J12. All pins can be configured to the GPIO pins (General Purpose Input/Output), and some of them have one or two alternatives.

J11 contains the default serial port UART0 (UART0-RX,UART0-TX). UATR0 is configured to be used for console input/output. This is useful if you want to log in using the serial port, so they are probably the most commonly used pins.

J12 also contains a serial port UART7.

CON3 contains the CAN bus, SPI bus, I2C bus, PWM, serial port, etc. It can be configured to be used for many kinds of peripherals.

CON1 is a CSI camera connector.

CON2 is an LVDS/RGB/CPU display connector.
